• a minimum of 2 years of bottle service experience in lounges or nightclubs
• can meet minimum age requirements to serve alcohol
• has strong customer service skills for interacting with restaurant and bar guests
• has excellent communication and teamwork skills
• a thorough knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails

Duties & Responsibilities

• Greeting guests and accurately taking and delivering drink and food orders 
• Staying attentive to the needs of guests in the dining area
• Ensure VIP sections are fully stocked with glasses, drink mixes, and garnishments
• Pre-authorization of payments for VIP sections
• Skillfully promoted items on bottle list/Upselling menu items
• Assist co-workers as needed
• Provide a friendly, pleasant, and engaging atmosphere
• Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests
• Following health code standards with regards to the handling of food
• Performing shift duties like delivering racks of cups to the service station, rolling silverware, pre-bussing tables, wiping tables and removing debris, and more

• Demonstrate knowledge of and skill in ability to operate standard beverage service equipment safely and effectively
• Provides a pleasant drinking experience to customers
• Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits

• Recruit, interview, hire and train new bar staff employees
• Provide adequate staff based on weekly trends
• Handle customer complaints
• Advertise the daily, weekly, and monthly promotions of the bar
• Ensure staff is following all food control and safety regulations

• Serve as a liaison between the kitchen and the bar to ensure that orders are accurate

• Create shift calendars that include employee schedules with adequate staff based on expected number of customers from weekly trends and reservations
• Ensure that the bar’s inventory is well-stocked
• Book reservations for VIP areas
